Eventually, Iran became an ELA educator at Hatch Middle School, now known as Camden Big Picture Learning Academy. Iran currently teaches 7th grade English and serves as Grade Level Chair at Whittier Middle School.

Iran’s passion for education and contributing back to his community is like no other. He aspires to lead a school and lead a non-profit organization for future generations to come. Additionally, Iran is the father to a handsome baby boy named Iran, Jr. and and baby girl Nari. He is married to fellow Board member, Sharee Mercado. They plan to successfully contribute to youth boys, and it all starts here with BOSS Mentoring, Inc.
