Dr. Tabatha Stephens, PhD
Tabatha Stephens, born and raised in the City of Camden, where she spent all her life growing, learning, and becoming a fabric of her community. Camden public schools provided Tabatha with a well-rounded education, molding her for college. Tabatha graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. Shortly after, she continued her education at Wilmington University where she earned her MBA with a specialization in Management Information Systems and her Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership and Change Management.
Tabatha is a member of The National Honors society, The National Society of Leadership, The National Association for Advancement of Colored People (Camden City Chapter), Camden City Young Professionals, and a few others.
Besides continuing education, Tabatha has always been an active member in the Camden City Community, even at a young age. She has always been very active at her church, where she helped organize and lead several projects in her small neighborhood providing a safe place for children in the community. Tabatha believes that her community made a huge impact on who she is today. Giving back to her community and helping others gives her a different perspective on what truly matters in life.
