Tabatha Stephens, MBA, PMP, DAP
I am Tabatha Stephens a full time Ph.D. student at
Wilmington University and a full time employee with PSEG. I am a born and raised
Camden City Resident.
My background goes as follows: I graduated from Thomas Edison State College with
a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. I
utilized my degree in Finance working in the mortgage industry for over 7 years.
Within the Mortgage industry I worked as a Loan Processor- helping individuals to
obtain mortgages, I worked as a Default Case Manager - assisting those who were
facing foreclosure I have also worked as a Regulatory Compliance/Auditing analyst.
Shortly after, I finished my BA program; I enrolled in an MBA program with
concentration in Management Information Systems at Wilmington University. I was
able to utilize my degree at PSEG. At PSEG, I worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
coach- completing statistical analysis and creating databases for the company. I am
currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program studying Organizational Leadership. With this
degree I plan to help start up companies and business who are going potentially
downhill to retain their employees through employee satisfaction. Throughout the
years of advancing my education, I have also become a Certified Lean Six Sigma
Green/Black Belt Professional, a Certified Project Management Professional and a
Certified Data Analytics professional.
