As a mentor, you will serve as a positive role model and friend, striving for mutual respect and building the self-esteem & motivation of your mentee. You will help set life goals while guiding and encouraging your mentee to accomplish them.
We Are Seeking:
√ Males at least 21 years of age
√ Employed, attending school or retired
√ Must pass a background check
√ Ability to communicate in a non-judgmental manner.
√ Commit to at least 1 year
√ Experience working with youth
√ Be consistent in the life of our youth
√ Attend scheduled BOSS Mentoring events/meetings.
√ Must pass a background check
